GPL License

All Really Simple WP plugins are licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later (GPLv2+). This means:

• You can use the plugins on unlimited websites
• You can modify the code to suit your needs
• You can redistribute the plugins (modified or unmodified)
• Any derivative works must also be GPL-licensed

What You're Paying For

When you purchase a license, you are paying for:

• Access to plugin updates for the duration of your license
• Priority support from our team
• Access to the dashboard and monitoring features (where applicable)
• Convenient, automated plugin updates

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

Subscriptions and Billing

Subscription Period

Plugin licenses are sold on an annual subscription basis. Your subscription will automatically renew each year unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Pricing

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or malicious code
• Spam or harass others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Intellectual Property

While our plugins are GPL-licensed, our branding, website design, documentation, and marketing materials are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission.

Warranty Disclaimer

Our plugins are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that our plugins will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Really Simple WP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Support

Active license holders receive priority email support. We aim to respond within 24-48 hours during business days. Support does not include:

• Custom development or modifications
• Third-party plugin or theme conflicts (though we'll try to help)
• Server configuration or hosting issues
• Training on basic WordPress usage

Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
